Victims' Right's Conference 2022

Crime Victim Center is hosting our 2022 “Crime Victims’ Rights Conference on Friday, April 22nd, from 9am to 4:00pm, in-person at CVC’s main office, 125 West 18th St., Erie, PA 16501 OR right from your computer! 

The theme this year underscores the importance of helping crime survivors find their justice by—

        • enforcing victims’ rights,
      •  expanding access to services, and
      •  ensuring equity and inclusion for all.

This conference will host a range of amazing speakers in three breakout sessions, in addition to a speaking program during lunch. Continuing Education credits for Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors are available.

The cost of the conference is $90 for professionals, $45 for students, which includes Continuing Education as applicable. Continuing Education credit information:
Note: To receive credit for this program, all participants must attend the entire program. No partial credits will be given.
SOCIAL WORKERS, MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPISTS, AND PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS:
This program is approved for 5.5 clock hours of continuing education credits by Mercyhurst University’s Department of Social Work.
Mercyhurst University’s Department of Social Work is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and an approved provider of Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapist, and Professional Counselor continuing education by the Pennsylvania State Licensing Board.
